Group rates are available,
10 people or more = 20,000 KRW per person, each night
20 people or more = 19,000 KRW per person, each night
Included in the daily rate are:
- Breakfast of fresh coffee and toast 8AM-10AM
- Free, secure WiFi on each floor
- Separate bathrooms in each room with shampoo, conditioner, body wash
- Individual lockers for each guest
- Free use of washing machine
- Microwave, Cable TV, water dispenser, and board games in common room
- Air conditioning and heated floors in each room
- Powder room in women's dorms
- Grill on 5th floor deck
- Freedom to securely enter and exit at all times through the keypad-locked door
- Access to three computers in the first floor Cafe Empathy
Other
There is a key deposit of 5,000 KRW, this is returned upon checkout (unless lost).
Towels can be rented for 1,000 KRW or bought for 2,000 KRW.

**Our keypad-locked door allows free, secure entrance and exit at all hours with the pass code.
Reservations
Reservation requests can be made by phone, email, or on our blog during the hours of 9am to 9pm. A reservation is complete once the room fee has been paid.
Currently, payment can be made in advance via bank transfer. Our bank transfer information is as follows:

Payment can also be made onsite with cash or card.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If reserved on an external reservation website, cancellation policy is as stated on that website. For all others who made reservations by contacting us directly, our cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Cancelling 10days or more prior to the arrival date: full refund
2. Cancelling 7days prior to the arrival date: 90% refund(Cancelling the day that a reservation is booked: full refund)
3. Cancelling 5days prior to the arrival date: 70% refund(Cancelling the day that a reservation is booked: full refund)
4. Cancelling 3days prior to the arrival date: 50% refund(Regardless of the day that a reservation is booked)
5. Cancelling 2days prior to the arrival date: 30% refund(Regardless of the day that a reservation is booked)
6. Cancelling 1day prior to the arrival date or the arrival date: no refund(Regardless of the day that a reservation is booked)
